SSON’s 2023 State of the Industry Survey reported end-to-end process integration was a top priority for 87% of shared services.  For Siemens GBS this has been a big focus area over the last years. In case of GBS O2C, this has meant not only aligning their O2C process end-to-end but going beyond the traditional GBS remit to incorporate sales and CRM and create an “Amazon-like” experience in their order management process.
