Regional Head Process Improvement - Continental Europe and the UK SLB

Sigra leads the sustainability (including decarbonization of facilities & supply chain, Net Zero Roadmap exercise) and process improvement programs in Continental Europe and the UK for Schlumberger. She kicked-off this role by ensuring the safe return to work for 60% of the Europe population across 70+locations in 15+ countries by leading the BlueFLEX flexible work program designed & deployed using an app & analytical tools. Sigra led the #EURSustainbility in action campaign which saw 700+volunteers come together in over 40 community engagement & social sustainability events. This included external engagements of around 200 personnel including school children and suppliers.
