Linda Theisen, VP of Corporate Procurement. Linda joins HSM this week from Mattel where she recently led the transformation of their corporate procurement function.

Prior to Mattel, she worked for Ford Motor Company and was named Automotive News Top 100 Women in Procurement. Linda comes with tremendous experience in corporate categories, including marketing, facilities, logistics, IT, HR and professional services.

As Matt and Kevin highlighted during the recent Hilton Leadership Group meeting, we have setup a global corporate procurement team as part of HSM 2.0 dedicated to supporting all our corporate functions with strategic sourcing, competitive bidding and vendor management. This team will work closely with our Finance, Internal Audit and Legal teams to help us streamline the source to contract process and technology globally.

Linda is originally from Michigan, however she has lived with her family in southern California for the last 8 years and they are relocating to the D.C. area. Linda and her husband Bob have three children. Linda’s hobbies include hiking, indoor cycling, and experiencing the wine country (wherever they live).
