Brad Berner

Brad Berner is the Vice President of Procurement at Academy Sports and Outdoors. Prior to joining Academy, Brad served as the Director of Procurement and Shared Services at Petco Animal Supplies, Inc., where he was responsible for building a centralized procurement organization. He also led Petco's transformation journey to establish shared services across multiple business units and managed ongoing delivery. Prior to Petco, Brad served in numerous client delivery roles for IBM and PwC. Brad provided client facing services as a consultant, program manager, solution architect, and delivery executive and held numerous internal certifications, such as IBM LEAN Sigma. Brad has experience with large corporations across many industries. He has a strong background in procurement, deal management, negotiation, project and program management, process improvement and finance.
