Ermal Shehu built the Procurement Center of Excellence at Sears Holding, and led the pricing strategy for one of the SHC business units from 2006-2013. He taught finance and international business at Roosevelt University, in Chicago, as an adjunct professor from 2006-2013. He is currently the Head of Global Procurement for Refresco.
