Susana is the Head of Service Experience at the LEGO Group’s Business Services Operations. She is responsible for BSO’s Service Desk, including digital product ServiceNow, process governance and continuous improvement, BSO performance and driving an ‘awesome experience’. Prior to joining the LEGO Group in January 2022, Susana spent over 20 years at Deloitte advising GBS organisations and researching on the future of GBS. Susana is originally from Spain, lives in London and loves building LEGO sets with her husband and two children.
