Etienne Grisvard is the Head of TBS Experience, within Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) for Takeda Pharmaceutical. His mission is to drive TBS aspiration to deliver an exceptional experience that leaves people feeling supported and confident in TBS solutions. This means working with the entirety of the TBS group and its customer base to create a culture focused on people, ensuring technology and projects are developed with the people experience in mind, and directly managing the front line interactions of TBS with Takeda’s employees and business partners.
