Oliver is the Head of Philips GBS EMEA, leading our operations centers based in Lodz and Istanbul. He is responsible for managing teams that provide functional support in the Supply Chain, Customer Services & Solutions Delivery, Finance, Procurement and HR/People Services areas for Philips operations in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia, Central Asia, and the Indian subcontinent.
Oliver brings over 30 years of cross-functional experience in the healthcare, consumer business and smartphone industry. He has a proven track record leading large teams primarily in the finance & operations domain, as well as in sales and retail management; and is also credited with leading several organization-wide transformation programs, and reorganization and change projects from start to finish. Over the years at Philips, Oliver has held several key leadership positions such as Head of Finance for Central & Eastern Europe, CFO & Backoffice Lead for Health System in DACH, and served as the Leader of large re-organization projects for Western Europe.
At Philips GBS, Oliver has been playing an instrumental role in growing the organization and driving the overall enterprise-agenda through a sustained focus on process simplification, harmonization, and automation. He is passionate about developing people and enjoys empowering and motivating teams to unlock their full potential to deliver the best support for customers and partners.
