Helen joined Experian in 2005 and is CFO Global Finance Services (GFS). Helen is not only the first female CFO of GFS but also the first CFO of GFS reflecting the growth and transformation of Global Finance Services at Experian. The organisation covers finance activity ranging from transaction processing through to, FP&A, Accounting & Control, Revenue accounting and Finance Business Partnering for all regions in Experian and is run out of 4 low cost centres in Malaysia, Costa Rica, Bulgaria, Sao Carlos (Brazil) plus small hubs in UK and North America. 60% of Experian’s finance population is now located in one of these centres and reports into the GFS organisation. Helen’s primary focus is for Experian GFS to be the Leading Finance Shared Service Organisation globally by driving high performance through Talent, Digital Automation, Customer Service and Agility. Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family and is a keen runner and skier.
