Evolving through digitalization, Sue Ern integrated financial knowledge with technology, she has diversified experience in Business Process Improvement (BPI), digital transformation (Robotic Process Automation). She started involved in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) since 2017.

She is a Certified Chartered Accountants and had experience working in the Big 4 Account firm as Advisory Consultant, top international bank and education institution. She is currently dedicating her contribution towards World Health Organization in Finance roles. With continuous improvement and agile mindset, she led a diversified team in World Health Organization towards streamline and higher efficiency process that serves more than 150 country offices.
