Cyndi Pei, Group Financial Controller, leads the Finance function in Yeo Hiap Seng Limited Group and is also responsible for Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations and M&A. She is constantly finding the next area for change or improvement to create value for the Group and one of the improvements made is the implementation of foreign exchange risk management policy.  Prior to this, she spent 14 years with PwC Singapore providing audit and advisory services while also leading business development for Real Estate and TMT industries
