Sahil is an associate partner in McKinsey & Company’s Tokyo office. He is a core leader of the Consumer Operations Practice in Asia, and has served various multinational companies on their most pressing operations-related issues in this sector. Sahil’s area of expertise lies in driving performance improvement in complex supply chains, including manufacturing, by leveraging digital and analytics technologies.
Moderator: Rayner Tan, Principal, Business Value & Strategy, APAC, Anaplan
Rayner is a Principal from Anaplan’s Business Value & Strategy APAC Team, focusing on driving customer’s strategy and operational improvement with Connected Planning Excellence for our largest clients in the region. Prior to joining Anaplan, Rayner had extensive management consulting and digital transformation experience with A.T. Kearney, KPMG and Oracle whereby he led large scale transformation projects across the Asia Pacific region. His focus areas include operations improvement, digital transformation and corporate strategy across the Manufacturing and CPG industries.
Rayner holds a Masters in International Business (Distinction) from Grenoble Graduate Business School and Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering (Honors) from National University of Singapore. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society of Quality
