Anish is based in Singapore and currently leads global succession and talent at Standard Chartered Bank, championing a sustainable talent management approach covering talent philosophy, strategy, and COE team to design & deliver on succession, talent identification, career planning, talent pools, people forum, and assessments. He has integrated talent development across all talent pools (Country CEO, Successors Global Accelerators– 54% female diversity/45 nationalities) to increase the depth and diversity of the talent pipeline.
