Jane joined ActiveOps in 2005 and has held numerous roles within ActiveOps, both in APAC and Internationally. She is a qualified senior leader with over 27 years’ experience in Operations Management, Consulting, Project Management across a number of industries and most recently in Customer Success Management. Her commitment to ensuring and creating customer value has built long term customer relationships which she strongly values.
Jane has an Executive Master in Business from RMIT and Degrees in Business Management Psychology and Customer Success Management from Curtin University and RMIT.
The pandemic forced companies to pivot to a new WFH model without much preparation. In retrospect, that may be viewed as an easy transition. The new hybrid workplace requires the right data to manage work load, work location and the health of both operations and employees.

A bold new frontier lies ahead, with the ‘Great Resignation’ already happening as employees reevaluate their expectations for work-life balance. Employers that fail to react will suffer a costly talent drain. Given the right data, however, companies can balance performance and well-being and turn this into a competitive advantage that attracts talent.
