Pillar Certification
Transformation Management

The Professional GBS® Pillar Certification is now available in-person on 17th October in London, UK. Students will receive training and certification in the Transformation Management Module.

Transformation Management covers all the areas of knowledge related to organisational transformation projects. From identifying opportunities ripe for transformation, to being able to manage projects and successfully deliver on the objectives, all key concepts are discussed. We will also cover important technologies that are key to automation and digital transformation efforts.

The following 3 areas are considered core and will be covered in detail:

1. Automation / Digital
Explains what Digital Transformation is and discusses elements of Digital Platforms.

2. Opportunity Assessment / Future State Definition
Covers ways to identify services and processes in organisations that could benefit greatly from transformation initiatives. Also discusses techniques for driving incremental improvements as well as breakthrough innovations.

3. Executing Transformations
Includes discussion on setting up a Transformation Programme, managing projects, and managing change across the enterprise.

This full Masters Program includes five core areas of training: Foundation, Service Management, Operations Management, Transformation Management and Leadership.

The Foundations course is based on a common set of terminologies. Having a shared language is important for any discussion around the business model/operating model and understanding how to operationalize work through GBS.

The three pillars modules that build on that foundation are: Service Management, Operations Management, and Transformation Management.

Students attending the onsite Transformation Management Module on 17th October in London, UK, may continue with their remaining modules virtually and receive the GBS Masters Certification.
