Wendy Bowers, Sr. Director HR Shared Services has served Ascension for 19 years in HR Operations and Technology leadership roles. The past two years, she has led various changes that have positively impacted their customer satisfaction scores from 3.98 in July 2022 to 4.82 in July 2024 (5 point scale). The HR Shared Services teams support associates through their entire life cycle of employment, from pre-boarding through Alumni.
