Lesley is a highly experienced HR Professional and Leader with over 30 years of experience spanning Benefits, Staffing, Consulting, HR Business Partnering, Policy Management, Six Sigma and Process Management, Global Mobility/Immigration, Affirmative Action/EEO, Social Responsibility/Human Rights Compliance and HR Shared Services. Lesley joined Seagate Technology in 2000 and is currently a Sr. Director responsible for the global HR Shared Services and HR Compliance functions. She holds a BA in Business from the Evergreen State College, is SPHR certified as well as certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
