Document extraction and predictive analytics emerged as key investment priorities of automation leaders as reported by SSON Analytics. While Optical Character Recognition (OCR) has often been prized for its ability to digitize PDFs, its far-from-seamless integration into data systems means it lacks the intelligence to carry digitization beyond a single task.
