Intelligent Automation Director Mars

Adeel is responsible for leading the Global Automation Services team and managing the overall strategy and roadmap for the deployment of automation technologies within Mars. Key technology focus areas include Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Virtual Agents with NLP & Machine Learning capabilities, and OCR tools. 

He has designed and published global process standards certified with enterprise Quality, Compliance, Security, and Audit teams. He has also led the global expansion during the span of 2 years from a CoE structure to a scaled operation of several hundred RPA bots delivering millions of dollars in equivalent efficiency gains to businesses and functions. Currently, Adeel is leading a team of 50+ managers, business analysts, automation specialists, and third-party developers, testers, and operations personnel across the Americas, Southeast Asia, and India.
