Arnaud Rager is a seasoned Executive with extensive experience in driving business transformation across various industries, including pharma, medical devices and biotech. Currently, he serves as the VP of Business Planning and Transformation at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where he leads the Business Transformation Office including teams of global process owners, program managers, change managers and process excellence SMEs. Arnaud holds a Master of Science in Materials Science Engineering from University of Toulon, France and an Executive MBA from University of Florida
