Phil Searle founded Chazey Partners back in 2006. He is a globally recognized and awardwinning expert in business transformation, shared services, and intelligent automation, having led numerous projects in both the private and public sectors. He regularly speaks at conferences and events around the globe, including many of SSON’s Shared Services events. His first such conference being back in 1998! Chazey Partners was majority acquired by QX Global Group in early 2022, and the combined business today offers end to end operating model and digital transformation services to organizations across the globe, including Global Business Services and Intelligent Automation solutions. He trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK with KPMG. He has a BA Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Exeter and is also a member of Financial Executives International (FEI).
