Today he’s managing an internal and external team of more than 500 sourcing professionals overseeing a Source to Pay process with a total volume of 12 billion Euros. Jonny has also recently taken over the role of Business Services, Head of Technology & Digital Transformation. He also excelled as a Transformation Director, delivering substantial positive P&L impact through various transformations in more than 40 countries. His expertise extends to sales, strategy, risk management, and process improvement, as demonstrated throughout his career. He is highly proficient in multiple languages, including Italian, French, German, English, and Spanish, and possesses an extensive educational background, including an Executive MBA and leadership programs. Beyond his professional life, he maintains diverse interests and has a history of serial entrepreneurship.
