Process Improvement 2.0
The Rise of Process Intelligence

According to SSON's State of the Shared Services & Outsourcing Industry Global Market Report 2024, over half (52%) of organizations are prioritizing process mining tools. As a solution that provides end-to-end process visibility, acting as a gateway to process excellence, it is unsurprising that the technology continues to be a key focus within the industry.

However, rapid technological advancements, particularly the rise of AI, mean process improvement is changing- dramatically. Organizations are moving from reactive to proactive strategies, so drawing the line at added visibility just doesn’t cut it. The new wave of AI-powered platforms means organizations are looking for more than insights, they’re looking for action.
