Ina Krebs is an experienced leader in the field of digital transformation and process intelligence, with over 15 years of experience in various key positions. She is currently Partner and General Manager for DACH & Nordics, as well as Managing Director for the United Kingdom at Novelis, where she successfully generates business value and provides innovative solutions in the areas of Process Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, and Information Security. Previously, she worked at Siemens Energy, where she reshaped the strategy and organization for digital communication to establish a harmonized infrastructure and operating model in a dynamic environment. Her career at Airbus included several leadership roles where she developed and implemented digital solutions for Corporate Communication, Corporate Affairs and Performance Measurement, successfully combining agile methodologies with an international team. Ina brings expertise in Account Management and Business Development, as well as experience in process improvement and organizational development.
