Jenna joined Help at Home because she is inspired by their purpose-driven mission to help support the caregivers who provide in-home care to the nation’s aging and underserved populations. She is passionate about creating a community for caregivers who put their heart and grit into taking care of their clients.Jenna Urban currently leads Shared Services at Help at Home, the nation’s largest in-home personal care provider with more than 180 locations in 12 states. In this role, Jenna oversees the functions of payroll, procurement, real estate facilities and contact center. She has achieved significant cost optimization opportunities in this role as she strives for the organization to realize best-in-class payroll operations and customer experience.
