Julie Harris

Associate Vice Chancellor University System of Georgia

Julie Harris serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Shared Services at the University System of Georgia (USG). She leads a customer-focused and entrepreneurial Shared Services Center (SSC) focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of USG organizations through consolidated administrative services. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. She has been with the USG for 12 years and worked previously with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.
