Michelle Fullem, Executive Director, Enterprise Applications at the University of Pittsburgh, has over 25 years of leadership experience in retail, healthcare, and higher education. She leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align technology solutions and services with institutional goals, including launching of Oracle HCM Cloud in 2021. Previously, she was Senior Director of IT Programs and Director of Talent Acquisition. Michelle holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Pittsburgh and degrees in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania. Certified SHRM-SCP, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma, Michelle is a proud mother of four, enthusiastic Pittsburgh sports fan and avid lifelong learner.
