Ross is a Director with Emory's Business & Administration Division, where he is focused on leading projects and programs that drive improvement, innovation and lasting, sustainable change in support of the university's mission.

Mr. Nicholas has worked in the field of management consulting for over 18 years. Prior to joining BPI in 2015, Ross worked as an internal consultant for McKesson in their technology solutions division. His focus included developing and delivering strategic initiatives across the business. 

Ross has also worked for North Highland and Highland Worldwide (now Cordence) where he worked to realize the benefits of both market and client driven programs.

Ross has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Emory's Goizueta Business School.

Outside of work, he enjoys running, golf, and spending time with his wife and three children.
