Leigh is responsible for developing and deploying the Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) strategy, including driving and enabling future-focused thought leadership across the TBS organization. Prior to joining Takeda, he was globally responsible for Transformation within the Philips GBS organization, joining Philips after 6 years leading the GBS Transition organization, and various other global transformation initiatives while at Heineken. Leigh started his career with PWC working internationally on large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple industries including Oil & Gas, FMCG, Consumer Packaging, and Financial Services.
GBS organizations face increased pressure to do more with less, rapidly adapt to evolving business conditions, and maintain flexible ways-of-working, all while adopting advanced technology and digital solutions.
