Candace brings extensive leadership experience in Global Business Services and Operations Management. Candace recently started a new role as SVP, Global Shared Services at Davies. As the former VP of Global Shared Services at Organon, she oversaw transactional services for Finance, Procurement, HR, and Commercial, supporting Organon's Founders, Customers, and Suppliers. Leading a team of 750 colleagues across 32 countries, including captive hubs in Lisbon, PT, and Kuala Lumpur, MY. Prior to her role at Organon, Candace served as the Global Operations Leader for Merck GBS, where she built core GBS capabilities across three captive locations: Prague, Costa Rica, and Kuala Lumpur. With over 20 years of global delivery experience spanning IT, Finance, Legal, Quality, Shared Services, and Outsourcing, Candace has held key positions at leading companies such as Microsoft, General Electric, KPMG Consulting, and Merck. Throughout her career, Candace has established delivery centers worldwide, including locations in Ireland, Prague, Costa Rica, Lisbon, Malaysia, India, Mexico, Poland, Bucharest, and Chicago. Her strategic vision and operational expertise have been instrumental in driving organizational growth and success. In addition to her corporate experience, Candace served as Captain in the Medical Service Corps of the United States Army and is a Desert Storm Veteran. She holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Mary Hardon Baylor, TX, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the College of St. Benedict, MN.
