Jana Vondran serves as senior vice president of Global Business Services for Ingram Micro Inc. and is responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s worldwide shared services organization, with operations in Manila, Philippines and Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, Vondran is focused on developing and deploying strategies, best practices and lean programs to drive continual improvement, and optimization and standardization across Ingram Micro’s geographic and shared services operations. She works in close partnership with all lines of business, countries and group functions, with a focus on building on the company’s existing capabilities and streamlining the geographic and shared services commercial operations. Vondran’s efforts are instrumental in ensuring process improvements align with the company’s overall strategic objectives, while also delivering a compelling value proposition both internally and for external partners.
