Kristen Lasorsa started working at adidas in HR and spent the last 6 years within HR Shared Services business. Played a key role in setting up HR Services in North America and currently Director HRS Americas responsible for HR operations and payroll services across both regions. Lead teams in multiple locations and my focus is on people and empowering them to be at their best. Being part of adidas allows me to live our company culture focused on sport and engage with colleagues all over the world.
