As Head of Virtual Center of Excellence for the America’s region in CEMEX, Luciano is responsible to deliver timely and accurate services of back-office functions, including, financial and operative services, payroll, credit & collection, operative support, as well as transactional services for all CEMEX businesses in Mexico, USA and South America. Through his career he has led several projects across different geographical regions in CEMEX, dedicated to transform Backoffice services, driving efficiencies and optimizing processes; Committed to driving organizational growth to strategic projects and continuous improvement. Luciano joined CEMEX in 1999 and has held several leadership positions within the Controllership and Shared Service areas. Luciano holds a bachelor’ degree in Accounting from Tec de Monterrey, as well as an MBA from EGADE Business School and a M.S. in Human Resource Management from Universidad Regiomontana in Monterrey, Mexico.
