Manasa S Mantha is the Head of Engagement & Chattanooga Hub, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare Global Business Services (CHC GBS). In her role, Manasa is responsible for Stakeholder Engagement, CHC GBS Employee Value Proposition, Change Communications, driving thought leadership, strategic direction, and implementation of CHC GBS culture and engagement interventions across the organization and drive the Americas (Chattanooga, USA & Bogota, Colombia) Hub Management. Before joining Sanofi, Manasa worked with agencies and brands across Asia and US over the last decade, specializing in brand management, public relations, digital marketing, content management, leadership training, GTM strategy for start-ups, and crisis communications. Manasa holds a Bachelor’s Engineering degree in Information Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from India, and a Dual MS Business Analytics & Marketing from the USA. She also speaks 7 Indian languages fluently, conversational French and is now pursuing American Sign Language as well.
