Mary is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of diverse experience in functional HR, HR technology, and shared services roles across multiple industries. She has proven experience in both standing up and transforming multi-functional shared services organizations. She joined Northrop Grumman in 2008 with the stand-up of their Enterprise HR Service Center and has since played an integral role in the ever-changing landscape of their Shared Services journey. Process re-engineering, continuous improvement, program management and organizational design are among her super powers. She currently leads the Enterprise HR Service Center providing HR Help Desk, Onboarding, Lifecycle Management, and Global Mobility services in support of the company’s 100,000 employees.
