Yolanda is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of global experience, who has led a multitude of large HR transformation efforts and shaped HR strategy in complex environments. She has dedicated most of her career to HR Operations Strategy and HR Shared Services, developing strategic partnerships with CoEs and business units’ leaders. Among other accomplishments, Yolanda successfully led the strategic and operational effort to outsource GM’s European HR activities, she designed and implemented a global HR vendor management program, she started up and ran 5 captive service centers around the world and she architected a framework for creating best-in-class Employee Experience. Yolanda is passionate about elevating HR Operations to deliver strategic impact for the enterprise, and in particular, about positioning HR Operations at the forefront of how companies deliver great employee experience.
