Prior to leading the Service Center, Barry was 3M’s Global Process Leader for Source to Pay and was responsible for developing and governing the procurement processes and tools that supported $15 Billion of global spend.  Barry has been with 3M since 2003 and started his career in Sourcing.  He has held a variety of positions within Sourcing including Category Management, Business Sourcing, International management, and process leadership roles.

Barry holds a B.A. in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and an MBA from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities.  He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, raised in Minnesota’s Twin Cities, and has also lived in Panama and Bolivia where he served as a Peace Corp Volunteer.
