Member of the Lay Magistrates Association of Jamaica – serves as a Justice of the Peace and support restorative justice practices. Qualifications • Management Studies, Human Resources Management, • Project Management • Development Studies Training in Public Financial Management. MSc Research Topic: Understanding the concept of sustainable tourism and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the livelihood of a group of Craft Vendors in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Currently pursuing graduate studies at the University of the West Indies Mona towards MPhil. Passionate about governance and the implementation of public policy, particularly how both hpolicy implementation and management affects the livelihood of marginalized persons. Believes firmly in work/life balance and realizes that top performers work smart, play hard and make time for family. Passionate about people developing their fullest potential and affirms that community relationships can be enhanced through counselling and mediation. Married and has two adult sons and two grandchildren. Enjoy spending time with family.
