Bhavdeep joined the HCLTech family in 2004. His areas of expertise include business-aligned IT Strategy, Process Transformation, Architecture Simplification, Cost Optimization and IT Governance. He leads the implementation of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Digital and SMAC technologies.​

Bhavdeep holds a Master degree in Business Administration and has 20+ years of work experience. Prior to his current role, Bhavdeep was heading IT Strategy and Business Process Transformation Division for HCLTech; and has worked on multiple SAP implementations as well as replacing legacy applications with SAAS solutions in the past. Bhavdeep is currently managing the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Solutions Practice within HCLTech Digital Process Operations. He is based out of CT, USA.
