Hari is an Associate Vice President & Head - Digital Business Services at Infosys BPM. He holds global responsibility for the creation of innovative Solutions on a Software plus Services 'Humanware' model, leveraging new technologies such as Automation, AI, Machine Learning, Analytics and Domain Expertise to reimagine how Enterprise Business processes are delivered, led by Customer Experience and Business Outcomes. He holds P&L responsibility for the practice. Hari has worked with Fortune 500 transnational companies in driving Digital Transformation and re-imagining client business processes and operations to drive stakeholder Experience, Business Effectiveness and Efficiency.
