Patrick Law is the Chief Operating Officer of CheckAlt. A creative "out-of-the-box" thinker who is client-centric and employee-engaged. His Mission First, People Always style is the center of his culture-building, team-building strategy. Mr. Law's responsibilities include Sales, Relationship Management, Client Experience, IT, Development, Risk/Compliance/Security/Corporate Governance, Operations, Implementations, Enterprise PMO, and Legal. During his 26 years in payments, Mr. Law has also served as Ops Chief/SVP of Fiserv's Banking Division, serving 7,000 FIs with CORE Banking, ATM, Debit, Credit, Payments Networks and Digital Banking Products, COO, Elan Financial Services/Genpass/ACS, Director of Operations, ACS-ATM Service Solutions and as Client Relations Representitive-Vendor Liason and has been responsible for the Account Management for clients such as Citibank, Bank One, Home Savings, PNC Bank, RaceTrac Petroleum, Publix, and several other large financial institutions. Mr. Law also serves as the Chairman of the Board of a national not-for-profit serving Military Veterans who served post-9/11 in the global war on terrorism. The group, Defenders of Freedom, helps place veterans in jobs, brain treatments, emergency financial assistance, and life needs support. Patrick has served in the United States Army as a Military Policeman. Mr. Law holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and a BA in Sociology from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. Mr. Law finished the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Washington in August 2015.
