Her career includes senior leadership positions in Operations and Technical Services at Cisco, where she led teams on 3 continents. Janet not only managed the company’s Technical Services P&L in Asia Pacific, but also served as head, Global Shared Services, where she focused on digital transformation, employee experience and future of workforce and workplace serving a complex and rapidly evolving global environment of 130,000 consumers, 94 countries, 480 offices, with a global cashflow of $60B. Prior to Cisco, Janet developed technical documentation and code at IBM.
