Prathap currently serves as the Global Director for Shared Services and Process Solutions for JB Poindexter & Co. There, he directs strategic projects regarding business and operations growth across global locations. He serves as a subject matter expert for all business operations in India, acting as the primary contact for comprehensive communications. Prathap also manages compliance, policies, and risk mitigation. His strong work ethic and due diligence allowed him to join the JB Poindexter India Board of Directors where he tracks and maintains Indian legal compliance, including regulatory infrastructure, governance, and information technology. Prathap was integral to driving an annual net savings of $16M+ through the development of Captive Shared Service legal entities in India. This initiative involved transitioning 200+ professionals across multiple departments resulting in cost efficiencies and savings. He also serves as a key member of the Executive Steering Committee ensuring all resources are aligned in support of the organization’s strategic direction. Prior to his current position, Prathap served as the Manager for Technology Consulting and Business Process Solutions for Accenture Consulting. There, he managed all operational leadership for a high performing team of associates. He also directed project planning, including monitoring and reporting on execution of deliverables as needed. Prathap collaborated with executive leadership to enable process improvements across the department and led operations transformation, including delivery of workstreams, solutions innovation, and client engagements. He also managed process outsourcing transitions to the Manila and India locations, including migration of a large client from AS 400 to SAP. Prathap’s previous experience saw him serve as Principal Project Advisor for Business Process Outsourcing for Equinor North America. While there, he managed all outsourcing strategies for North American operations, including transitioning Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Order to Cash supply chain functions across global locations. Prathap drove oversight of the Global Shared Services Division, including all staff performance and productivity improvements through departmental integration. He also managed SAP implementation, including driving annual savings of $1.8M+ in licensing costs and served as an integral partner of a BPO deal worth $150M+ over 5-years. Prathap holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma City University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Shivaji University.
