Priyaranjan has 26 years of global experience in Global Capability Centres, GBS, transformation, technoilogy & marketing. He has worked for Iron Mountain, PepsiCo, GE-Genpact, Reliance, IBM and Tata.

He is currently Senior Vice President and Head of Global Business Services at Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM), responsible for strategy, transformation, execution, growth and P&L ownership of this key enterprise function. 

Between 2019 and 2024, he was at PepsiCo (NYSE:PEP) as COO of GBS, responsible for operations of all their hubs (China, Egypt, India, Mexico, Poland, Russia and Spain). He also set up their greenfield India centre. 

He is known for excellence in building, integrating and mentoring large, multi-geography teams. He is passionate about culture, purpose, engagement, communications, and process excellence.
