Tom Nesteruk is the Vice President, HR Shared Services for AdventHealth, one of the largest faith-based, non-profit healthcare systems in the nation. Comprised of over 350 team members, the HR Shared Services functions of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Contact Center, HR Administration and Continuous Improvement provide support to the organization’s 80,000 employees across 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites. With his extensive HR and business experience, Tom has also led shared services functions with large scale, Fortune 500 companies such as Time Warner, Merck and BAE Systems.
