What is SSOW 2021?
SSOW 2021 is Australia's leading shared services & business transformation event which will look at building a roadmap to shared services resiliency in the post pandemic era.
Can I attend virtually?
Attendees will have the option to attend the conference either in-person or virtually. All attendees are still able to access all the content and sessions irrespective of their choice. The event will run live at a conference venue facility, in-line with all covid-safe protocols and will also run via Online event platform for virtual attendees. One ticket, same content, you pick your preferred format of your choice
How will my delegate experience work if I decide to attend Virtually?
All virtual attendees will receive a link to access the online event platform. This is where all the content will be viewable live and on-demand, in case you missed or want to re-watch any sessions! You’ll receive separate links to join interactive brainweave sessions and discussion groups. These will all run via Zoom. Virtual attendees will have access to the SSOW 2021 Mobile App to enable you to interact with all attendees, ask questions to speakers as well as participate in event polls and competitions!
How will my delegate experience work if I decide to attend In-person?
All virtual and in-person delegates will access the content on that day via the Online Event platform. We will share the links with you. From the 15th to 17th June 2021, in-person attendees will go to the event venue and be greeted by SSOW staff at our registration desk where you will briefed on the Covid-Safe protocols and provided with your delegate badge. From there we will be hosting the sessions in the main conference room and facilitating Covid-safe networking with your fellow attendees. You will also have access to the SSOW 2021 Mobile App to enable you to interact with all attendees, ask questions to speakers as well as participate in event polls and competitions!
Can I attend virtually one day and in-person another day?
Yes, you can. Simply let us know in advance and we’ll make sure you’re given all the links to access the event virtually should you not be able to attend in-person for one or more days. This will not have any impact to your registration as the ticket price is the same for Virtual and In-person attendance.
Is SSOW 2021 COVID-Safe?
Yes it is. We are working very closely with our venue partner to ensure all protocols and measures are followed onsite. Please see our covid-safe guide here. You’ll also receive an information pack upon payment that will explain the covid-safe protocols from the venue.
How do I download the SSOW 2021 App?
Once registered we’ll be sending you full access and login details to the app so you can start networking with other attendees a few weeks before the event
How can I pay?
Register online and input your company details and credit card. We accept all forms of card payments.
How many people can attend this event?
We have decided to limit attendance to no more than 150 end user delegates.
When will I receive my conference materials and links?
You can view the event agenda here. Upon registration and payment you will also receive your full attendee information guide, which will include full details on the venue and when you will receive all your virtual links in the lead up to the event.
