Focused on the strategy, methodology, benefits, and hard improvements a shared services organisation have made to improve the focus on the customer.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT IMPACT AWARD

Focused on the strategy, employee engagement techniques, benefits, and hard improvements that a shared services organisation have made to navigate through change.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & VALUE CREATION IMPACT AWARD

Focused on the strategy and benefits/hard improvements in process improvement and value creation that have been made by a shared services organisation

CREATIVE TALENT MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT AWARD

Focused on the strategy, skill sets, improvement methodology, the rise of digital talent, and hard improvements that a shared services organisation have made to talent management.

KEY DATES AND DEADLINES

Award Applications Due: Friday, 28th February 2025
Finalists Announced: Friday, 11th April 2025
Awards Ceremony and Celebration: Tuesday, 13th May 2025

What happens if you win?

• You will sit on a panel session at SSOW Australasia to discuss your award winning programme with other winners
• The winners and runners up of each award will be required to share their story and highlights of their project at one of SSON’s events in the next year. This can be an in-person or online event. If you do win, you will be directly provided with a list of events to choose from
• Prestigious Crystal Award
• Published coverage on www.ssonetwork.com as well as other press distribution sites
• Featured articles and interviews by Barbara Hodge, SSON Editor; and potentially additional publications
• Social media coverage and inclusions through Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
