I am a Director at EY’s HR Transformation practice and through my passion for people, I drive (mostly) large scale transformations for and with my clients shaping effective people strategies, customer centric HR organizations and customer centric service delivery. Although the term transformation might be misleading - as it is no longer is a process which can be completed - we (our mindset and the way we work) need to adapt to environments of constant change.
