- Global Head of P&O Operations in Sandoz. He is an Engineer in Electronic & Communications with a Master in Finance from the UANL-EGAII in Monterrey, Mexico. Miguel has hold different Global Leadership positions both in HR & Finance for different Multinationals, including PepsiCo, HP Inc. & Novartis.

-Having different certifications, such as PMP, Six Sigma Black-Belt, ITIL, CPP & Toastmaster, also dedicates part of his time as Storyteller for Talent engagement, Coaching, Mentoring new generations and promoting the Latino culture.

- Recognized ambassador of the DE&I and mindfulness Inner work in Pharmaceutical Industry and the extended corporative world.

- Based in Munich, Germany, and during his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Elizabeth and son Sebastian
