Alan leads the organization’s Technology Management and Architecture function responsible for shared business service strategy and operations including Networking, Infrastructure, Applications, and End User Support services. In this role, he coordinates with line-of-business leaders to understand needs (including anticipated technology and product changes) and work with IT outsourcing relationships (including the primary IT service provider CGI Federal, Inc.) for execution. In addition, Alan integrates with Information Systems Security, Compliance & General Computing Controls, Release & Change Management, Customer Demand & Program Management Office (PMO), and Service Management (including Procurement, Legal) to provide IT services that are affordable, secure and compliant.
